Julie Simpson- Licensed Real Estate Broker/ Owner
After spending years in the real estate business working as a realtor for many big companies in the area, such as, Century 21 and Keller Williams, I realized something was missing. I was working too hard for my commissions to give away such a large percentage of it. I was paying too much in high franchise fees and wanted a change. That is when I became a broker and co-founded Luxury & Beach Realty. We are committed to keeping our fees low and giving 100% commission to our realtors because we believe in a fair market. Here at Luxury & Beach Realty we are committed to changing real estate one career at a time.
My love for Real Estate started in 1997, as I interned at a very prominent Real Estate company in Upstate New York while I earned my degree in Graphic Design. Over the years I have worked with many Realtors & offices, however, I have found my home. Ensuring the success of every Real Estate Agent in our office is my TOP priority. I oversee the day to day operations and provide a high level of support to our agents and our Broker. As a graphic designer, I can also provide an added service to everyone, from email campaigns to custom designs, our agents get the best of both worlds. We have extensive training in the office to help our agents with the 20% of relevant tasks that are essential to their business. We as a TEAM, go above & beyond better than the big box brokerages, for a fraction of the cost.
I have been a licensed realtor since 1998. I have worked for several companies in my career and have learned the advantages of what each company offers. My goal is to ensure that Luxury & Beach Realty, Inc. provides the best in service and support for our agents, while giving them the benefit of the 100% commission and the tools to build their business. When they are successful, then we are successful.
I have just begun my experience here at Luxury Beach Realty and am new to the real estate world. I graduated with my bachelors degree in December 2015. I am looking for new experiences and want to make connections wherever I can. I am the assistant office manager here in the office and also the website manager. I am here to help the agents and clients in any capacity that I can and to create a website that is easily navigable, aesthetically pleasing, and overall helpful for anyone visiting it. I am just starting my journey here at Luxury Beach Realty. I am currently attending college working to get my Bachelors Degree in Business. I am looking forward to learning about the world of Real Estate and the how an office runs on a day-to-day basis. I am an office assistant, helping all the other office staff with their duties. I am also here to help assist the agents in anyway possible with projects and deals they need assistance with.
Kassie Walder- Administrative Assistant
I am so excited to join the Luxury & Beach Realty team! Currently enrolled as a Junior at the University of South Florida St. Pete, I am working towards earning my degree in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources. When I am not on campus, I can be found in the LBR office assisting in administrative tasks, AppFiles management and specializing in broker support.
