I was working too hard for my commissions to give away such a large percentage of it. I was paying too much in high franchise fees and wanted a change. That is when I became a broker and co-founded Luxury & Beach Realty. We are committed to keeping our fees low and giving 100% commission to our realtors because we believe in a fair market. My love for real estate started in 1997. I interned for a very prominent real estate company in Upstate New York, while I earned my degree in Graphic Design. I’ve worked with many realtors and brokers over the years. Luxury & Beach Realty is where I hope to stay for the long-term. My TOP priority is ensuring the success of all of our agents (customers). We offer comprehensive training workshops, and one-one-one mentoring to orientate our agents with the various tools that are essential to the success of their business. Working with our customers on a daily basis, I am always assessing ways to improve agent services. I’ve worked part-time for Luxury and Beach Realty over the last few years. As a recent graduate from the University of South Florida, I am pleased to join the LBR team in a full-time capacity. My current role has me fully involved in promoting the Luxury & Beach brand. I enjoy contributing to ideas and recommendations that foster agent and customer engagement; while sharing the LBR story through networking and local community participation. Additionally, I continue to learn more about the business of real estate by researching and understanding industry trends. This equips me to better support our agents in completing their transactions and collecting their commission at the closing table.
